Birch & Link Co. operates as a fully mobile studio, bringing the art of permanent jewelry directly to your doorstep. To secure your session, a booking deposit is required, which will be applied in full toward your final purchase upon attendance.
For on-site visits, a travel fee based on your specific location is added to the initial deposit. I will provide the finalized total—inclusive of the deposit and travel costs—during our booking consultation.
To reserve your date, deposits for regular appointments, parties, pop-ups, and/or custom orders must be processed at least two weeks in advance.

The Details
Private parties require a minimum of 5 pieces.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Your deposit is not an additional fee—it is applied toward jewelry purchased at your party.
If guests are paying individually, the host may collect payments in advance and submit them toward the party up to two weeks before the event. Any remaining individual purchases can be paid directly to Birch & Link Co. before welding.
